Billing and submitting claims daily or weekly.

Reconciliation

Reconciliation and or processing of all medical aid, insurance and private patient accounts daily or weekly.

Bank Check In

Daily Bank account check in, alternatively you can also send me the daily or weekly bank statements for the payment processing.

Transaction Reports

Provide Monthly Transaction reports, this will be required by your accountant.

Update Case Management

Update patient information with Case Management at the Hospitals daily or weekly.

Payment Follow Up

Follow up on account payments with Medical Aid’s and private patients weekly or biweekly.

Authorisation Request

Request Authorisation for In-Patient treatment where applicable.

PMB Follow Up

Follow up and briefly motivate for PMB cover where applicable.

Billing & Claims
